Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.
Humpty was sadly fractured and cracked,
But thankfully his yoke stayed completely intact.
So, all the King’s horses and all the King’s men
Were able to put Humpty together again!

It all happened so quickly
And before anyone knew,
They found they were using some really cheap glue.
Piece after piece the egg was puzzled together,
Yet according to Humpty he never felt better.

Although his limbs were slightly misplaced,
And his eyes weren’t really in the front of his face,
Humpty was grateful to be here at all,
But he never went back to sit on the wall.
